• The boots are made of polyurethane and nitrile rubber-based polyurethane and rubber by injection molding.
• Natural leather with a thickness of 1.8-2.0 mm is used as materials for the upper of the shoe.
• The shaft of the boots is made of water-repellent material (100% polyester), adjustable in width with buckles that ensure a snug fit of the shaft to the foot; The valve made of natural leather prevents dust, snow, moisture from getting inside. • Lining under the bootleg – multi-layer insulation – artificial fur on a knitted basis with woolen pile (70% wool fiber, 30% polyester fiber, density 640 g/sq.m, pile height 14 mm), synthetic insulation Shelter V-400 with metalized film (foil). In the heel part, there is a leather pocket made of split lining with a lining of synthetic insulation Shelter V-200.
• The lining under the vamp is multi-layer insulation - artificial fur on a knitted basis with woolen pile (70% wool fiber, 30% polyester fiber, density 640 g/sq.m, pile height 14 mm), synthetic insulation Shelter V-200 with metalized film (foil).
• Removable insole made of multi-layer insulation.
• There is a finish made of reflective material.
• For protection in the toe part of the foot, internal protective socks made of composite material with an impact resistance of 200 J (Mun 200) are used, equipped with a gasket that prevents the upper edge from pressing on the foot.
• The sole is two-layer (resistant to chemical factors - oil, petroleum products, acid solutions of concentration up to 20%, alkali solutions of concentration up to 20%).
  • The polyurethane upper layer has shock-absorbing properties, absorbs shock loads, and also gives the shoe lightness, comfort, and increased thermal insulation properties.
  • The bottom layer is made of wear-resistant, heat-resistant (with short-term (60 seconds) contact with a heated surface up to +300°C), frost-resistant (−45°C) nitrile rubber, and resistant to deformation and abrasion.
  • The depth of the profile (tread) of the running layer of the sole is 5 mm and the elements of the sole provide protection against slipping on greasy, wet surfaces, and the angled tread pattern ensures self-cleaning of the sole from dirt.
  • A design feature of the sole is an abrasion protection pad for the toe, which provides additional thermal insulation.
• The full-size characteristics of the last used in the production of shoes provide comfort in wear and allow you not to feel tired throughout the working day.

Men's boots Neoguard-2® with a combined upper lined with faux fur with woollen pile and synthetic insulation complete with clothing and other PPE that provide proper thermal insulation are recommended for use in I-II, III, IV and Special Climatic Zones.
