NEOGARDseries footwear is manufactured by direct molding of the polyurethane midsole. The outsole is made of nitrile rubber. In accordance with construction features and markings, NEOGARD series footwear provides protection against fuels, petrochemicals, mechanical threats, alkaline solutions with a concentration of up to 20%, short direct contact (60 seconds) with surfaces heated up to +300C, low temperatures and general industrial pollutants.
- The upper of NEOGARDshoes is made of heat-resistant waterproof 1.8 to 2.0 mm thick leather (Russia).
- The two-layer sole is resistant to fuels, petrochemicals, alkaline solutions with a concentration of up to 20%, high and low temperatures.
- Shock-absorbing polyurethane midsole reduces shock loads and makes the footwear light, comfortable and highly heat-resistant.
- The outsole is made of wear-resistant, frost-resistant (−40C) and heat-resistant(300C / 60 s)nitrile rubber, which additionally provides enhanced resistance to deformation and chafing.
- The toe has an additional protective polyurethane coating, which prevents mechanical impacts and keeps the cold away.
- Composite toe cap (MIL 200) used in the NEOGARDseries protects against shocks, prevents pressure on the foot and has aspecial polyurethane pad.
- Sole walking surface provides a high degree of adhesion to frozen and oiled surfaces (sole lug depth: 5.0mm). Self-cleaning deep tread.
- Soft piping protects against side impacts and ensures comfort.
- Specially designed last ensures comfort and fatigue-free working throughout the day.

Secure tongue flap with a genuine leather patch prevents any ingress of calces and metal splashes. Thermostatic sewing threads made of DuPont Nomex meta-aramid fiber.
