The boots are made by one-component injection molding.
The materials used include molded polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic compound with a nitrile rubber content of 10% with different technical characteristics for the upper, intermediate layer of the sole, outer sole.
- The boots are lined with polyester fabric.
- The removable insole(footbed) is made of needle-punched non-woven fabric.
- To protect against impacts in the toe part, internal protective steel toe caps with an impact strength of 200 J are used.
- Two-layer oil-, gasoline- and acid-alkali-resistant outsole (resistant to aggressive materials, such as oils and petrochemicals, acid and alkali solutions with up to 20% concentration).
- The intermediate layer of foamed polyvinyl chloride has shock-absorbing properties and dampens shock loads.
- Chafing and deformation resistant outsole.
- The 5.0 mm cleated outsole ensures good traction on various surfaces providing protection against sliding on oily wet surfaces and the angle-wise cleat pattern provides self-cleaning of the sole. Special heel design provides high energy absorption of the heel.
