EXTRAGUARD boots feature a combination of modern production technologies, smart design and a complex of protective properties

Designed for workers in the mining industry, oil and gas production and processing, construction.

The boots have been designed to meet the specific requirements for mining boots in compliance with GOST 12.4.072-79.

Model features:

• Impact protection elements (ribbed reinforcements) with a thickness of 9 mm on the collar, medial and lateral parts of the foot provide additional protection against mechanical damage.
• The polyurethane collar features a microporous structure made of air-filled polymer cells, which provides high thermal insulation (Тн20).
• A special biocidal additive in the polyurethane gives the footwear antibacterial properties.
• The self-cleaning sole provides protection against slipping on greasy, icy and wet surfaces, withstands short-term contact (up to 60 seconds) with a surface heated to 300°C.
• Composite toe cap protects forefoot against impacts of 200 J (MIL 200) and puncture-resistant metal-free inserts (1200 N).
• ARTICO POR removable insole(footbed) absorbs moisture effectively making the boots comfortable to the wearer.
• Water-repellent textile cuff prevents dirt and small particles from entering the boot.
• Retro reflective tape on the cuff increases the worker's visibility at night. The boots are superior in quality to the known rubber and PVC counterparts and are more durable than EVA footwear.
• The boots are made by injection molding using a special polyurethane system and a special nitrile rubber on the outsole. This combination provides protection against chemical factors: oil, petroleum products, solutions of acids and alkalis with a concentration of up to 50%.

The boots are recommended for outdoor jobs in climate zones I-II, III when completed with the outfit providing relevant thermal insulation.
Water resistant.

The range of sizes and widths are manufactured on the basis of the last form used for footwear manufacturing, to ensure comfort and fatigue-free working throughout the day.
