Boots are manufactured by direct molding of the polyurethane and nitrile rubber sole.
The shoe upper is made of genuine hydrophobic leather (1.8 - 2.0 mm thick). Half-gusseted genuine leather tongue flap prevents any ingress of small objects, splashes and dust. It is made of genuine leather and wear-resistant and water-repellent ON DURA RETOR fabric. The soft genuine leather cuff provides comfortable ankle support.
GORE-TEX membrane lining ensures water vapor permeability, allowing your feet to stay dry, and sustains microclimate inside the footwear.
Removable memory foam nanoflashtechnology XTREME insole made of polyurethane and foamed polyurethane with DERMODRY COOLMAX upper layer absorbs moisture and provides greater foot comfort.
Composite toe cap protects forefoot against impacts of 200 J (MIL 200) due to a special pad that prevents pressure on the foot.
Two-layer oil- and gasoline-resistant outsole (resistant to chemical factors, such as oils and petrochemicals). Shock-absorbing polyurethane upper layer of the outsole reduces shock loads and makes the footwear light, comfortable and highly heat-resistant. The lower layer of the outsole is made of wear-resistant, heat-resistant (300°Ñ / 60 s) and frost-resistant nitrile rubber, which additionally resistant to deformation and chafing.
The 4,5 mm cleated outsole ensures good traction to various surfaces providing protection against sliding on oily surfaces and the angle-wise cleat pattern provides self-cleaning of the sole.
The range of sizes and widths manufactured on the basis of the last form used in footwear manufacturing ensure comfort and fatigue-free working throughout the day.
