The boots are manufactured by direct moulding of the polyurethane and nitrile rubber sole VIBRAM with anti-slip inserts ARCTIC GRIP PRO onto the shoe upper.
The upper is made of genuine hydrophobic leather (1.8–2.0 mm thick). Half-gusseted genuine leather tongue flap prevents any ingress of small objects, splashes and dust. It is made of genuine leather and wear-resistant and water-repellent ON DURA RETOR fabric. The soft genuine leather cuff provides comfortable wear.
The lining and footbed are made of multi-layered insulation material – 14 mm pile natural fur ALASKA and Shelter® B-200 with metalized film (foil).
The boots feature retroreflective trim to improve visibility.
The following features provide protection against static electricity:
- removable moulded insole made of soft shock-absorbing polyurethane reinforced with carbon and additional impregnation and Musli coating that absorbs moisture and ensures a comfortable walk;
- antistatic insole as the midsole;
- antistatic additives in the polyurethane layer of the outsole.
A composite toe cap protects the forefoot against impacts of 200 J (MIL 200) due to a special pad that prevents pressure on the foot.
Two-layer oil- and gasoline-resistant outsole (resistant to chemical factors, such as oils and petrochemicals).
Shock-absorbing polyurethane midsole reduces shock loads and makes the footwear light, comfortable and highly heat-resistant.
The bottom layer of the outsole is made of wear-resistant, heat-resistant (300°Ń / 60 s) and frost-resistant nitrile rubber VIBRAM, with anti-skid inserts ARCTIC GRIP PRO which additionally is resistant to deformation and chafing.
The 4,5 mm cleated outsole and anti-skid elements of the outsole ensure good traction on various surfaces providing protection against sliding on wet, oily and icy surfaces and the angle-wise cleat pattern provides self-cleaning of the sole.
The boots are recommended for outdoor jobs in climate zones I-II, III, IV and a special climate zone when completed with the outfit providing relevant thermal insulation.
The range of sizes and widths are manufactured based on the last form used for footwear manufacturing, to ensure comfort and fatigue-free working throughout the day.
