3 class of protection from sparks, weld spatter and slag

Work suit with detachable heat-insulator. A specially designed suit featuring the maximum amount of cloth reinforcement to provide a high degree of protection.
On the jacket: cloth reinforcements on the front, on the sleeves, sides and over the shoulders.
On the trousers: along the inseams, on the forepart and on the back for maximum protection against burning through and high temperatures.

Jacket features a hidden button fastener with an additional protective placket inside, which is concealed. Removable neck flap. The inside placket and rib-knit cuffs to provide increased protection against sparks penetrating inside the garment. The sleeve design corresponds to the main arm position used during welding and therefore, the welder's arms get less tired. The jacket pocket design eliminates metal spatter and slag settling in the pocket. An inside pocket for documents. There is a "TнTp" badge on the sleeve.

High-rise heat-insulated trousers with side button fastener and belt-loops, zippered flypiece in the middle seam for convenience. Patch pocket on the right and pocket for a marker pen. Trousers are completed with elastic bib straps for convenience.

Outer layer fabric: "Caesar" (100% cotton) with fire-retardant Proban® finish, density 485 g/m², manufactured by Klopman (Italy).
Fabric under reinforcement patches: «Meteor» (100% cotton) with fire-retardant Proban® finish, density 335 g/m², manufactured by Klopman (Italy).
Insulation: fire-retardant synthetic, 100 g/m², jacket – 3 layers, trousers – 2 layers.
Liner: 100% cotton.
Reflective material: fire-retardant reflective tape 5 cm wide, provides increased visibility at daylight and at night.
Color: grey with yellow trims.
Sizes: 88-92 to 128-132, heights: 158-164 to 194-200.
