Class 3 protection from sparks and weld spatter
Protective properties:
The fabric properties and special construction provide excellent protection against burning through and make it more convenient and easier to work. Suit elements exposed to high burning through risks are made of silicone coated fabric.
Comfortable, designed with male anatomy taken into account. An optimum suit shape prevents fabric creasing and eliminates metal spatter and slag settling in creases; the sleeve construction corresponds to the main position the arm takes while welding and reduces workers' fatigue; darted knee, additional space in the knee area and undercut on backside of the legs prevent creases.
The jacket features concealed zipper and snap button closure on the front right side – easy to unfasten. Ventilation in the blade and armpit area. Soft shock absorbing inserts made of flame-resistant material inside pockets, in the elbow and knee areas. The jacket pocket design eliminates metal spatter and slag settling in the pocket. The jacket features an additional pocket for a marker. Side pleats on the bottom allow for ease of movement. Trousers feature aramid reinforcement patches to protect against chafing: along trouser hem, and buttocks area.
