Class 3 protection from sparks and weld spatter

Protective properties:

The specially designed suit and the fabrics provide reliable protection against sparks and splashes of molten metal during the heaviest welding work. The work suit is adapted to the employee's movements and provides comfort and safety throughout the work day.

Jacket

The reflective insert in the shape of a triangle is an element of increased visibility.
An elongated jacket, that covers the upper part of the trousers by at least 20 cm when performing work operations.
The asymmetrical right-side fastener of the jacket with a zipper from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the jacket, closed with a one-piece placket on the right side of the front with a secret fastener on plastic snap buttons (4 pcs.), with a one-piece placket under the zipper on the left front.
The stand-up collar covers the neck and is fastened with a fire-retardant Velcro tape, protecting the neck from sparks and metal splashes under the clothes, and does not rub open skin.
When performing work, the jacket must be fully buttoned, with a “BUTTON UP!” label sewn into the top of the fastener. – an additional warning factor.
The ergonomically designed sleeve is adapted to the welder's hand position movements during work and features the following elements:
- outside elbow seam – the sleeve conforms to the main position of the welder's hand, which reduces fatigue during work;
- shock absorbing pads in the elbow areas.
Ventilation holes under the armhole, as well as in the area of the shoulder blades – improve air exchange between the body and the garment.
Inner rib-knit cuffs made of fire-resistant knitwear, additional protection against sparks entering the underwear area.
Velcro side seams flaps at the bottom of the sleeves to ease the donning of the gauntlets.
The shoulder seams are shifted forward, protecting against burnout of the thread seam when performing ceiling welding.
Convenient pockets:
- side (lower) in the front seams of the jacket;
- an inner chest pocket on the right with Velcro closure.
The sleeve chevron with pictograms of protective properties confirms the purpose of the suit.

Trousers

The reflective inserts in the shape of a triangle are the elements of increased visibility.
A comfortable fit and moderate volume of trousers, zip fly and a button on the waistband closure, convenient for use.
The design of the middle seam of the front halves of the trousers ensures convenience when performing welding work while standing on your knees, reduces mechanical damage and tears, and ensures freedom of movement.
The volume in the knee area due to darts and an undercut under the knee improve ergonomics, eliminate unnecessary fabric creases under the knee.
Inter pockets with shock-absorbing pads on the trousers in the knee area.
Reinforcing patches made of black aramid fabric prevent abrasion of the main fabric in the following areas:
- in the seating area on the rear halves, there are patch pockets with shock-absorbing pads, the opening is at the top with a Velcro tab in the middle;
- along the inseam bottom.
Convenient pockets:
- upper side inseam pockets
- pockets with a flap with velcro closure;
- centre pocket for a soft pen/monkey and other sundries
Loop holder for tools along both side seams in the hip area (for hammer etc).
Curved bottom of the trousers with a curve in the front to reduce the number of wrinkles when moving, the arch in the back covers the shoes in the working position for extra protection.
Elastic waistband provides a snug fit, wide belt loops allow you to thread a suitable strong belt. With it, the trousers are guaranteed not to slip down while working.
The trousers are equipped with straps with elastic band inserts
