The shoes are manufactured by molding of polyurethane and thermoplastic polyurethane to the shoe upper.

• The upper is made of hydrophobic and vapor permeable genuine leather 1.6–1.8 mm thick with insets made of ON DURA RETOR water-repellent fabric. Half-bellows tongue made of durable ON DURA RETOR fabric prevents dirt, water, small objects, splashes and dust from entering the boots through the lace eyelets or the space between the tongue and the upper part of the boot.  Soft piping protects against side impacts and ensures comfort.
• Wear resistant lining made of DERMODRY COOLMAX (65% polyester / 35% COOLMAX) and ON STEAM lining fabric (100% microfiber) provides moisture absorption and evacuation from foot.
• Retroreflective elements provide greater protection and security.
• Antistatic (ESD) removable insole BIOTEC effectively absorbs moisture and provides comfort to the wearer.
• Composite toe cap protects forefoot against impacts of 200 J (MIL 200) due to a special pad that prevents pressure on the foot.
• Antistatic anti-puncture midsole is made of ON-PROTECTOR-Z fabric to provide protection against punctures and cuts with puncture resistance at least 1,200 N.

• Two-layer oil- and gasoline-resistant outsole (resistant to chemical factors, such as oils and petrochemicals).
  • Shock-absorbing polyurethane midsole reduces shock loads and makes the footwear light, comfortable and highly heat-resistant.
  • The outsole is made of wear-resistant, heat-resistant and frost-resistant (from −40°С to +120°С) thermoplastic polyurethane resistant to deformation and chafing.
  • The 4.5 mm cleated outsole ensures good traction to various surfaces providing protection against sliding on oily surfaces and the angle-wise cleat pattern provides self-cleaning of the sole.

The range of sizes and widths of the last form used for footwear manufacturing ensure comfort and fatigue-free working throughout the day.
