PPE representing a self-retracting lifeline (SRL) is a component of the safety system for ensuring the safety of work at height.
- It is used simultaneously to ensure the mobility of the user and to protect against falling (inspection work, construction, maintenance, work in confined spaces, etc.)
- It consists of a case, a web and a lanyard with shock absorber. Equipped with a large hook link at the end of the tape, class A, with a double pin locking device (mouth 56 mm) and an oval link on a swivel, class B, with a screw locking device (mouth 18 mm).
Case: glass reinforced polyamide.
Web: polyamide 2 mm thick, 22 mm wide, 2 m long.
Unextended Shock Absorber Length: 150 mm.
Extended Shock Absorber Length: 600 mm.
The operation range of temperature: from –60 °Ñ to +60 °Ñ.
