PM-30 safety belt for restraint and positioning (lineman belt)

Intended for restraint and supporting the worker on a certain height. Cannot be used as a fall arrest device. Used as part of the PPE set. Fixed location of karabiner holders on the waist belt prevents them from slipping together with strap and protects the user when working on power transmission poles.
