Jacket + bib overall

Straight-fit elongated jacket.

• Composite insulation: 450 g/m² – 3 layers of 150 g/m² each, 2 of which are stitched and 1 with a removable insulating lining.
• Removable insulation is secured to the jacket with buttons.
• The central fastener is a double-slider zipper with a placket under the zipper and Velcro windproof flap.
• The upper part of the inner placket under the zipper and the band collar are made of fire-resistant fleece from the inside for comfortable feeling when touching the skin.
• Removable insulated hood with a visor for precipitation and wind protection, adjustable in two directions is fastened to the collar with a zipper.
• The hood can be worn over a helmet. The high chin cover is Velcro secured and protects the lower part of the face against cold and wind.
• The sleeve construction  corresponds to the main position the arm takes while working, making it more comfortable to work and therefore the arms get less tired.
• Sleeve cuffs with elastic tape and knitted wristbands with a removable insulating lining effectively retain warmth.
• Elastic tape on the back at the waistline provides a snug fit for warmth retention.
• For volume adjustment, jacket bottom drawstring is applied.
• There are different wearing options for the walkie-talkie on the jacket:
  • loops on the chest on the right and the left,
  • special insulated pocket with an opening under the windproof flap - in such a pocket the battery discharges more slowly than at low temperatures due to the warmth of the space between the body and the garment.
• Other pockets on the jacket:
  • 2 chest side with zippers, closed with flaps;
  • 2 lower side pockets with snap button fastened flaps, with pictograms of the protective properties of the suit on the left flap;
  • 4 internal chest pockets - 2 each on the stitched and on the removable lining of the jacket.

Bib overall with double-layered stitched insulation, 300 g/m² (2 layers of 150 g/m² each).

• The fastening with a double-slider zipper, the flap is Velcro fastened.
• Shoulder straps with elastic inserts and adjustable length provide comfort when bending over and sitting.
• Elastic tape on the back along the waistline ensures a tight fit.
• Spacious knee areas created by a special cut, for comfort when working in a sitting position.
• Fabric inserts with a zipper at the bottom of the side seams for ease of putting on trousers over high-collar boots.
• Pockets:
  • 1 vertical chest pocket with Velcro flap;
  • 2 lower side.

Outer layer fabric: 100% polyester, including antistatic thread, with a fire-resistant membrane (water resistance 9,000 mm water rating, water vapor permeability 15,000 g/m² per 24 hrs) and fire-resistant modacrylic knitted fabric and fire-resistant cotton, windproof, breathable, frost-resistant, with petroleum, oil, and water repellent finish, with Rip Stop structure, density 280 g/m².
Insulation: 100% polyester (index 1), flame retardant, density 150 g/m², 3 layers on the jacket (2 stitched and 1 removable), 2 layers on the bib overall.
Lining: 100% cotton with fire-resistant finish, density 170 g/m².
Reflective elements: retroreflective fire-retardant strips 50 mm wide.
Color: navy blue, finish - cornflower blue and red.
