Technoavia has just launched a new series of safety footwear called CAPTAIN.

CAPTAIN footwear is recommended for engineers, technicians and managerial personnel. It provides excellent comfort to the wearer and looks presentable and elegant.

The upper is made of smooth, high-quality, genuine leather.

A dual-layer, shock absorbing, oil- and petrochemical resistant sole, made of polyurethane and frost resistant and heat resistant nitrile rubber, effectively reduces shock loads and provides excellent heat-resistant and slip-resistant specifications. It ensures good traction with various surfaces and is self-cleaning owing to a special tread pattern.

The CAPTAIN series features a composite toe cap for forefoot protection against impacts (200 J) (MIL 200), with an additional pad providing excellent compression resistance.

A lining made of DERMODRY COOLMAX and ON STEAM fabric, together with a BIOTEC removable insole, provide for moisture absorption and a high degree of foot comfort.

In winter season models, a lining and removable insole made of  "Alaska" natural fur is used (pile: 12 to 14 mm).

Fasteners are characterized by rust-proofing, due to a special zinc/aluminium/copper coating.

Reflective trimming provides for the excellent visibility of the wearer.
