PVC boots

• Boots are made by injection molding.
• The materials used are molded polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic compound with a nitrile rubber content of 10% with different technical characteristics for the upper, intermediate layer of the sole, running layer of the sole.
• Tube knitted (polyester) from polyester threads.
• Insole - textile material, needle-punched non-woven fabric.
• To protect against impacts in the toe part, internal protective socks made of metal with an impact strength of 200 J (Mun 200) are used.
• The sole is two-layer oil and petrol resistant, acid and alkali resistant (resistant to chemical factors: oil, oil products, acid solutions with a concentration of up to 20%, alkali solutions with a concentration of up to 20%). The intermediate layer of foamed polyvinyl chloride has shock-absorbing properties, dampens shock loads. The running layer is resistant to deformation and abrasion.
• The 5.0 mm tread height of the outsole provides protection against slipping on greasy, wet surfaces, and the angled tread pattern ensures that the outsole is self-cleaning from dirt. Special heel design provides high energy absorption of the heel.
• Boots are waterproof.
• The full-size characteristics of the lasts used in the production of shoes provide comfort in wearing and allow you not to feel tired during the whole working day.
