PVC knee-high boots

The boots are made by one-component injection molding.
The materials used include molded polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic compound with a nitrile rubber content of 10% with different technical characteristics for the upper, intermediate layer of the sole, outer sole.
The boots are lined with polyester fabric.
The removable insole(footbed) is made of needle-punched non-woven fabric.
Two-layer oil-, gasoline- and acid-alkali-resistant outsole (resistant to aggressive materials, such as oils and petrochemicals, acid and alkali solutions with up to 20% concentration). The intermediate layer of foamed polyvinyl chloride has shock-absorbing properties and dampens shock loads. Chafing and deformation resistant outsole.
The 5.0 mm cleated outsole ensures good traction on various surfaces providing protection against sliding on oily wet surfaces and the angle-wise cleat pattern provides self-cleaning of the sole. Special heel design provides high energy absorption of the heel.
Water resistant.
The range of sizes and widths are manufactured on the basis of the last form used for footwear manufacturing, to ensure comfort and fatigue-free working throughout the day.
