aerosol filtering half mask (respirator) with exhalation valve and additional protection against acid gases

RK 9022 respirator is intended to personal protection of respiratory organs against all aerosols (dust, smoke, fog) in concentration of 12 MPC and against acid gases within MPC.

It is effective in heavy-duty works, in high and reduced temperatures and in high humidity.

• Carbon filter that absorbs vapors and gases.
• The classic bowl shape is simple and easy to use.
• The anatomical shape of the nose part of the filtering half mask is complemented by a flexible plate for better adaptation to the features of the face.
• The frame of the filtering half mask has an optimal level of rigidity for a tight fit and shape retention.
• Materials are selected in order to minimize breathing resistance without reducing the filtering ability.
• The new exhalation valve makes breathing easier in the filtering half mask. The new valve installation technology and its functional characteristics provide reliability and comfort of use.
• Thanks to the adjustment of fasteners with a latch, the filtering half mask is confidently held on the face without slipping when moving. Sliding loops of elastic bands allow throwing off the upper headband if necessary, leaving the respirator on the neck until the next use.
• Identification of the protection class is supported by both headband tapes and the color scheme of the half mask body.
• Possibility of multiple use.

Provides protection class FFP2 R D (up to 12 MPC).
Additional protection against acid gases and vapors within MPC.
