The SRL is a component of a continuous shock absorbing and positioning sub-system for safe travel, including ascending the ladder allowing to bypass obstructions while remaining attached.
The self-retracting device automatically locks the drum reducing the depth of a possible fall and decreasing the impact force of the fall on the body to prevent the risk of injury in case of a fall.
The two-leg self-retracting lifeline (SRL) ÍÂ-02 may be used as an energy absorbing lanyard in case of a limited fall clearance.
It may be chosen when the anchor point is located at the height of the ankles or the feet of the user (fall factor 2).
Suitable for attachment to most full body harnesses.
Components: two blocks with stitched snap-hooks, a carabiner STEEL OVAL AUTOMATIC and an adapter.
