Dual purpose (multi-season) jacket:

• mid-weight jacket, heat-insulated lining;
• winter jacket with detachable heat-insulated down lining.

Dual purpose heat-insulation jacket: 1 layer of MEIDA heat-insulation padding, designed specifically to enhance the insulation properties of outerwear, offers the ideal combination of features to help high-loft insulation garments stay dry; remaining totally breathable- reducing moisture build-up from perspiration – and at the same time efficiently protecting against wind and water penetration: non-woven, non-allergic, chemical free, breathable, wind-waterproof) + removable down heat-insulation (commonly considered the best insulation material). Multi-layered heat-insulation clothing assembly, providing excellent thermal insulation, maximizes the performance of this jacket in extreme cold conditions. Specific features include: Central fastener with double-slider YKK zipper, with inside and external wind-protection snap-buttoned flaps. Quilted inside flap prevents cloth from getting caught in the zipper. Upper part of the flap is bent under and prevents zipper contact with the face. Set-in hood with faux fur lining and natural raccoon fur hood trim. Front part with multipurpose slash zipped cargo-pockets: left front – pocket featuring rounded bottom edge with inside patch pocket for a phone and glasses; right front – vertical A4 size pocket with inside key pocket with a cord and a carbine snap-hook at the end. Slash breast and lower pockets with snap-buttoned flaps, with a fabric tab for easy opening with a gloved hand. Pocket lining is made of soft knitted fabric. Zippered pocket at the bottom of left sleeve. Two zippered breast pockets on the lining and on detachable heat-insulation layer as well.

This jacket features 14 pockets for maximum convenience!

Shell sleeves with patches in elbow areas, down heat-insulator features half-woolen barrel cuffed sleeves. Drawstrings for width adjustment: along the face opening of the hood, along the waistline and along the hem of the jacket. The back is pleated for freedom of movement. Down heat-insulator is adjusted with snap-buttons.

Shell layer fabric: CAPTAIN (100% polyamide) wind-proof polyurethane cover, density 150 g/m².
Stitched heat-insulation (not detachable): MEIDA (100% polypropylene), density 80 g/m², manufactured in Denmark.
Detachable heat-insulation layer: down (85% goose down / 15% feather).
Liner: 100% polyamide, density 60 g/m².
Lining color: brown.
Hood fur trim: natural fur (raccoon).
Hood lining: faux fur (100% polyester).
